A thousand thanks to Chef Jake Rothschild and Rick Westbrook for hosting Common Good alumni! We learned how to crack eggs with a knife, pro hacks for cutting strawberries, and how to make french toast, strawberry compote, million dollar bacon, and cheese grits from scratch—all while enjoying the family atmosphere and hospitality of the Irwin Street Cooking School. What an added bonus to leave with Jake’s famous hot chocolate mix and kitchen tools. We can’t wait to return!
